Doula Support Services

A complete full birth doula package supporting you through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period This package may include: • Two prenatal preparation sessions • Birth plan guidance • Continuous labor support at home and/or hospital • Comfort techniques and labor positioning • On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks • Immediate postpartum support after birth Investment: $1,850 – $2,200 depending on location.

Postpartum care focuses on nurturing the mother while helping families settle into the rhythm of newborn life. Visits may include: • Newborn care guidance • Infant feeding support • Emotional support and processing the birth experience • Light household tending • Nourishing meal preparation and planning • Creating rhythms that allow the mother to rest and recover Support is typically offered 1–2 days per week, up to 4 hours per visit. Hourly rate: $35–$45 per hour depending on travel distance. Packages available: 12 hours | 24 hours | 36 hours

This package provides ongoing virtual access to doula guidance whenever you need support From pregnancy preparation to postpartum adjustment, I remain available as a steady resource for questions, encouragement, and thoughtful guidance. Support may include: • Birth preparation and education during pregnancy • Guidance while creating your birth preferences • Preparation for postpartum recovery and planning • Breastfeeding preparation and early feeding guidance • Text or call support during labor for reassurance and comfort techniques • Emotional support during the birth process • Postpartum guidance and newborn care resources • Continued support through the first 8 weeks after birth This offering is ideal for families outside my travel radius or those seeking consistent support while building confidence in their birth and postpartum journey. Investment: $800 for continuous virtual support throughout pregnancy, labor, and up to 8 weeks postpartum.

Individualized doula consultations focused on the specific guidance or preparation you need. This is where my creative and intuitive approach often comes forward. Together we can explore grounding techniques, birth preparation practices, and meaningful conversations that help you feel calm, informed, and confident as you prepare for your experience. Sessions may include: • Grounding birth preparation and visualization techniques • Prenatal education and understanding the birth process • Birth preference and birth plan support • Breech presentation resources and positioning guidance • Planning for postpartum recovery and support systems • Preparation for breastfeeding and early newborn care • Postpartum rituals and nurturing practices Each session is designed around your specific needs and questions, offering a supportive space to prepare, learn, and feel empowered in your journey. Session format: Available in person or virtually. Session length: 60/90 minutes Investment: $125 – $250 depending on session type and location.
